He made a booking with

I understand it was today, He turned up at agreed time, no answer at door so waited in car, sent email as well but still no answer, gave up and left.
45 minutes after appointment time she replies that she had sent text (none received) but message was bullshit.

He is sure she was in the house (usual shithole) as car was there. He has had a couple of messages that read that it is somehow his fault not hers ?

Avoid.

I'm a bit unhappy with reports based entirely on hearsay, like this one. I imagine there's another side to this story. Why doesn't the "friend" register here and tell the tale himself, for a start?

I stay with him when here.

He is reliable and would not make a story up, he is the only person I am able to trust when here.

I have asked why he does not register on forums but he chooses not to.

I have pointed out to him that her(?) feedback is hidden.

She offers a 15 minute quickie?? Thats fucking optimistic. It'd take me at least half that time to make sure the paper back is firmly superglued to my head.

"Your friend" has incredibly low standards.
