Damn! Haven't seen her since early Jan so this is a recent raise. I think the reason this time is she has signed up to a couple of agencies which have her at around £300ph and has been getting enough business that way (although she'll likely only get £250 of that) so she figures if punters are willing to pay that they'll also pay something higher (but not as much) through her independent contact.
