 Assuming the other photos are of the genuine article (or closely resemble her)  I don't see the sense in replacing them with ones we know are 100% not who you're going to meet...

Unlikely it's a scam.

SP's and their maids are notoriously bad at admin. Often they forget to update their location on AW. I had one exactly the same a few weeks ago; AW had her located in the City of London, tried to arrange a punt and she gave me an address in Chelsea.
