Generally logs into AW, moves her profile to a new location, then doesn't log in again until she moves the profile somewhere else to gain fresh interest in the unsuspecting public parting with their AW credits.
Although the phone number is displayed, it's never turned on. Also pays for being "available today" but doesn't appear to be.

Unable to find any of her photos with Yandex or Google.

External Link/Members OnlyI think this is potentially old images uploaded to a new profile being used for PG farming as you suggest.
Looking at the account history in AW they uploaded 85 photos to the PG in one hit and haven't added any new content since then.
That's a bit suspicious I think - if it's a real person, they can add new content. And the iPhone in a couple of the photos looks to be an XR so that dates them back to 2018 .
It's not an exact science but if they were active they might have a more recent phone and would be posting new content.
