If you click on the pics on the profile and look at the file name under the pic then anything with a long file name eg  386411_467734036631539_1851805224_n.jpg  is an obvious "saved from the internet" image. The smarter scammers rename the pic but some just can't be bothered or are too dumb to realise it!

Also, could never understand why AW don't delete all un-verified profiles!! Must be a money thing..

Verification is optional (correctly, in my opinion so far) so no advantage in deleting what would be the majority of profiles.

The challenge for AW is maintaining or increasing usefulness in relation to profits and as they are unrivalled the temptations will increase.

The reviews system will never be honest. Even if AW was a nonprofit dedicated to punters' interests it would be hard to make it so.  How would you monitor fluffy-wanker reviews or malicious reviews?

Google now forces users to display their real name when writing an app review. Imagine a malicious geek developer who gets a bad review  and is a moral fuckwit. He googles the reviewer and tries to fuck him over digitally or in other ways. It is in Google's interest to protect the business customer (app developer) and the business customer's sycophantic customers (5 star review writers). By the same logic AW has a high vested interest in protecting fluffy reviews, a medium vested interest in protecting honest reviews; a high vested interest in protecting prossies who not only swell numbers but make money for themselves and AW. Any vested interest in protecting value-for-money prossies is low indeed, and being largely of the nature of PR is possibly a 'poor investment' compared to targeted in-site advertising or an AdWords google-promotion push.

What did we do before google and Tineye?

Just found this site and topic and great idea.  I have seen so many profiles on AW that just seemed too good to be true with price and then you contact and no answer.

How do you search the images on a adultwork profile in google images or tineye when I use google images does not recognise the the profile or if I just click on the pic and submit that http etc does not recognise. Also can not right click image to save and upload and right click save option not allowed in AW.
