It's a case of what you see (in the picture) is not what you get. This Pimp had about 200 similar profiles and by my estimate about 10 prossies mainly in SE, London and Wales, matches fake pictures to girls hair colour etc. They can pick and choose Punters and some profiles would simply not reply to emails and you have to supply a phone number. Lots of bollocks about squirting blah blah blah and racist comment IMO. Cost free advertising wasting Punter's time and effort, not forgetting that there are no doubt some that wont take being presented with a bait & switch that well so potentially dangerous for the girl, though I doubt the Pimp cares much about that just like the fact that the actual girl in the picture is being portrayed as a Prossie.
Your other suggestion is a possiblity as is harvesting Punters phone numbers for who knows what reason.
