I've got no idea who the OP saw, he's posted a link to one AW profile then posted images from another.

Cheers for the tips I noticed a few independent Thais are older, rounder, less aesthetically pleasing and nearer to retirement although they try to please. I agree, I find the older more seasoned Thais provide a better standard of service.
