I arranged an hour with her by text a couple of days in advance. In the final text when arranging I said I would message her on the morning of the booking. Her positive reply indicated she was ok with that.

I had arranged an early meet. I messaged her quite early in the morning, about 2.5 hours before it was due to start, confirming that I was coming for the arranged time. I didn’t get a reply but decided to start making my way there. En route, half an hour before the booking was due to start she messaged me saying that because I hadn’t messaged her the previous day she had booked with someone else and was cancelling me, saying that it is written on her profile that bookings should be confirmed the day before they are scheduled.

I reminded her I had said I would be in touch on the morning of the punt. If she wanted me to confirm the day before, all she had to do was say that when we were agreeing the booking by text. I also pointed out that her profile wasn’t exactly consistent as at the time of booking the profile text still gave her location as Covent Garden even though she had moved and also that she has fingering in her list of likes but ‘no fingering’ in the profile text (which is still the case now). When I said all this to her in a text she was quite rude in her replies.
