Anyone found any good bargains this year?

Been looking around for an office chair to use at home but can't find any good deals around

See Ring doorbells going for cheap

Never bought anything claiming to be in a Black Friday deal, as far as I can see it's mainly out of date shite they haven't shifted so need to sell it off cheap so create some American style sales hype and people fall for it.

Thankfully it appears to have died down a bit in this country and we don't appear to get those fucking rugby scrums anymore with people crawling over their own grandma to buy a discounted toaster or some such other crap

I’ve bought nothing, everything I want to buy is not in any of the deals

I've not bought anything on Black Friday deals. A lot of places have sales all the time now, so Black Friday is a bit pointless

This is true, and voucher codes can reduce things further if you look for them.

Seeing the traffic chaos at around Midday caused by North Weald Market, just what I need on a trip home from Glasgow  :dash:, the cost of living crisis must be hitting home.
It always causes some disruption, but completely bringing the M11 between London and Harlow to a standstill with miles of queues  :unknown:, never seen that before, most were never getting there before dark  :D.
Banned reason: Undesirable, previously banned, still attacking members, discussing UKP with SP, toxic personality, it’s a no from me!,

I've been buying mainly trainers as I get through a lot of them - I'm heavy and I spend a lot of time outdoors both running and walking, and <nerd mode>record the distance covered by each shoe<nerd mode off>

Half a dozen in the past week, always buying online, from the likes of SportsShoes and ASOS.

ASOS run flash sales which are announced through their app like first 15K customers get an additional 25% off. Of course the bargains disappear quickly.

Some good offers on mobiles if you look at the manufacturers own websites, plus use a cash back site

Try registering on Freecycle.  Brilliant website where people can advertise unwanted good or else ask for something someone might have spare.  I've used it quite a lot and found it useful.

Office chairs crop in in my area fairly often.

Been looking for a new laptop as my ten year old one is starting to get a bit creaky. The best one I found for my budget was being sold at regular price by Currys plus I would get £50 off the price for my old laptop. All the Black Friday ones were lower specced for the same price and seem to be a way for companies to dump slow selling stock.
