I am looking for recommendations for hotels in London.  I stay regularly in London, I stay in hotels where the lobby is beautiful and the room is ropey and small.  I have been trying to find a cheaper hotel with nice suites.  The idea being, I would rather stay in a bigger, nicer room in a cheaper hotel, instead of a tiny room in the Ritz.  I would also be interested in any rooms with a private hot tubs or with BDSM equipment included.  Price is not really an issue for the right room. I am more looking at value for money, as in bigger and nicer the room the more I am happy to pay.

Suites in the Megaro are nice - quite moulin rouge, gold, red, glitzy and some useful features - loads of mirrors - bathrooms are nice too (and they used to provide mini bar drinks free).
The Standard has some nice suites - some with free standing bath in the room, some with bath on the terrace if you are interested in some outdoor activity (though you will be overlooked).
Bermondsey Square has a rooftop Hot Tub in the Lucy Suite (I haven't been but apparently nice)
The Leonardo chain rooms are a lot more "standard" in decor but can be extremely roomy and the bathrooms are good for a bit of fun...

Not London but the Crazy Bear chain have decadent rooms, though it's a different kind of experience.
And there is a hotel with dungeon attached near Banbury

Book an overnight stay at a dungeon instead probably cheaper than most hotels

If price is not an option and you want a spacious room then I'd recommend Chateau Denmark or the Park Tower Knightsbridge. Each quite different in terms of style and price. Also, neither require the person you're meeting to have a key card to get up to your room, which is a privacy preference for me.
If anyone has other recommendations for hotels that don't require a key card for the lift then I'd love to hear them.
