Recently took a trip to Germany for work purposes. Used ladies.de for a very easily arranged punt literally down the road from the hotel I was staying in. I had more luck with kaufmich.com.  most of the site is free, but there are some (pretty basic) options you need to pay to use (like sorting escorts by distance)

I'll second the recommendation for KaufMich.com, it's been a few years but I had some memorable punts on there (in a good way).
