A new review thread can only be created once a service provider has agreed to a booking. A meeting does not need to occur, and money does not need to change hands. I'm with you on this one PC. In my opinion tour is definitely more valuable than the pointless poxy term that is permitted...but hey, I don't make the rules.

Anyone making a booking with this rip off merchant, after reading this review deserves all they get...or don't in this case.
