Tried it out a couple of weeks ago with Bella (will write up a review soon), I'd say its borderline worth it depending on your circumstances.
Extra over standard b2b:
- Shower together: Quite cramped as was in a standard bathtub standing shower so not much space. Did enjoy it as I got to really enjoy her body up close and brightly lit. I got my first round in the shower.
- head massage: not worth in the slightest, just her using that egg beater looking thing for a couple mins. Would tell her to skip it next time for more b2b
- 2xHR: The main reason I went with the package
- extra 15 min: Didn't end up using it (had a feeling she forgot) but was completely done after the 2nd round I wouldn't really want to stay any longer and didn't make a fuss
I'm more of a once every 2/3 months kinda guy so for me it was worth it and would probably do so again if the SP was FAF. Was looking for a shared shower and 2xHR so it fit my needs.
With someone less hot or if I went more often, I'd skip the shower and go with the standard b2b and try to get 2xHR. Though I'm not sure if that's on offer.
