Arranged to see Sloane at her incall location in Finnieston. Confirmed on the morning and was told meet was still on. Arrived at the postcode provided and I was about 15mins early. The parking attendants were checking cars so I paid for parking which is expensive at £1 for 15mins. At the agreed time I messaged. No reply. I called and it rang out. I waited a few minutes and repeated. I then received a message saying her phone had died and she was in a taxi running errands. She apologised and requested I reschedule.
