The location is fine with plenty of free unlimited parking either on the road outside or on the residential road on the opposite side of the dual carriageway. 
The front door was unlocked, and I was quickly greeted and bundled into the nearest room as another punter was about to be shown out.  When he’d left I was taken to a room on the other side of the corridor by Lulu - not the woman shown in the Vivastreet ads photos.  Lulu was about the same height but size 10 to 12 but nevertheless attractive.
I paid the £50 fee for 60 minutes massage and was left to undress and lay face down on the comfortable massage table for Lulu’s return.  She came to the top of the table, asked what sort of massage I liked - I asked for firm.
The massage started on my shoulders and back and was superb and at times quite erotic as Lulu pressed her thighs against my hands that were at the top of the table and she reached down over my body to massage the top of my buttocks.

They rotate every one or two weeks depending on how long the masseuse is there. You can call the mamasan who will tell you who is available.

I find 60 minutes a perfect time as I enjoy a good massage as well as any extras.
The total cost was £70 for the 60 minutes.

May seem like a daft question but I've never been for a massage 'only' so just wanting to be clear in my mind before I take the plunge.

Just strip naked, if they want you to keep underwear on then they will tell you before the massage oh and don't forget to point it south before you lay on your front so that you can get some teasing brushes...
