But the point remains unless they are advertising how do they expect to get clients
No doubt there is a phone number on the web somewhere from when she advertised before but who would randomly just look up a number and message on the off chance she still had that number

No advert means her number can't be posted on here.

So far we have, - "New Massage in Chobham", where you have had an appointment but they don't advertise so nobody can contact them and you are not going to post a review. 

I'm at a loss as to the point of this thread.

Well, it broadcasts to all of Abbi's customers that there is someone new there. As you say, he can't really post a review since there are no public domain contact details. So, whilst it does serve some purpose for an inner circle of people, it counts as touting IMO.

She is very slow answering her phone and texts. so not easy to book an appointment.
