Apart from the thought not ANOTHER thread moaning about prices, my thoughts are
You have listed what you now say are the average prices, but you haven't said how much they have risen and from when. Is it a reasonable rise compared to the amount everything else has risen in the last few years? How can anybody have an opinion without the facts?
If you feel current prices are not good vfm, don't pay them, if many others feel the way you do, prices will either drop as the lower priced SP's will be busy and the higher priced ones will want more of the market, or prices will rise because less SP's will feel like it is worth visiting Aberdeen, because they are busy elsewhere without dropping rates.
