Had a couple of nights there recently, staying in the Bukit Binyang neighbourhood.  Lots of massage shops touting for business, but not sure if any extras on offer.  I had dinner/drinks on both evenings on Changkat Bukit Bintang, a road filled with restuarants and bars that spill on to the road.  You will get approached by freelancers and you can take your pick.  I was approached by a beautiful medium build Vietnamese woman, mid-late 30 with a great body  We had a drink and agreed 400 Ringt (£70) to come back to my hotel.  OWO, DFK and protected sex in various positions - had a great time.  She had a very tight pussy which made the sex really enjoyable

The massage shops in Bukit Bintang generally offer some extras like handjobs (or blowjobs if you're lucky), but full sex is uncommon. There are a few full service spas still in the city - there used to be loads more pre-Covid but most have closed. They generally bring in Thai/Vietnamese/Indonesian girls through corrupt immigration officials who are bribed to let the girls enter without fingerprints being taken and their passport being scanned into the immigration system - when landing at KLIA they get a text saying which number immigration counter to go to. I know all this because I used to date an Indonesian working girl who did exactly this. Local police are paid off to turn a blind eye to the spas as prostitution is illegal.

I remember back in 2010-2013 there used to be a very popular tourist hotel which had an entire floor permanently rented out to an escort agency who rotated Thai girls around. It was funny seeing tourists (often with young kids) checking in whilst I would breeze past, get the lift and go to fuck someone upstairs. They used to do a monthly 2-girl special and I had many threesomes there for £40 an hour - that was the life. That ended when the escort agency owner tried to renegotiate his monthly police donation and they raided the hotel - felt sorry for the girls but it was funny seeing them all brought down to reception in skimpy outfits whilst families were swarming about, it was all over the local news at the time. Hotel claimed to be "shocked" that they'd been used as brothel for 4 years but they were clearly in on the deal - one girl told me that she didn't even have to check in, the keys were sent to the escort agency and she could just turn up at the hotel and go straight to the room.

The police don't crack down on the working girls in bars because prostitution is illegal or because they're in the country illegally - they couldn't give a shit about that and they don't get arrested. It's literally just a shakedown to get some money as they know the girls are in a vulnerable situation, and it's not uncommon for them to hand over a week's wages in order to be left alone for another few months. The police in Malaysia are still incredibly corrupt despite recent moves to try and stamp out corruption.
