Got an outcall duo coming up and looking for a good hotel that has no restrictions to entry to the rooms like card entry system. I have used the Vilage down towards Granton which is my first choice but can’t remember if they use card entry system.

Also hotel near GEA apps Glasgow again for a duo again the village is good as you can use the stairs but it costly for the dates I require .

Motel One Edinburgh Princes, right across the road from Waverley train station in the city centre. The reception isn't on the ground floor so you can get someone up to the room easily without having to navigate reception. Has to be one of the easiest hotels so central in Edinburgh to get a girl to come to discretion wise.

I’d say the hotel at the back of Waverley would be a great bet.

No key card for the lift (at least last year) and a separate entrance to it from the street away from reception.  I was there for an in-call with Gabby which for the person visiting (me) worked a treat from street to room.

For Glasgow,  the obvious choice is The Hilton Garden Inn.
Marriott and Indigo also not too far away and there’s also the old favourite Leonardo’s (nee Jury’s) on Jamaica st.
It’s not that close but can’t be more than a 10 minute walk away.
For Edinblurgh, there’s a Leonardos between the royal mile and Waverley train station where most of the rooms are in a different building from reception, so you can come and go without anyone seeing you.

Any one used the Motel One Edinburgh Royal - on Market street? Is it keycard-less? I’ve used the London one and it is, so wondering if others are?

Most Leonardo's are not key carded, but the one near Haymarket, on Morrison Link is carded.

Premier Inn Rose St Edinburgh. Lifts are on the ground floor, reception is on the first floor. Key operated, of course.

I take it you guys just pay for a room for one?

I was at the Motel One on Argyle Street last year and it struck me the reception that I had to walk by to get to the lifts were very nonchalant about my comings and goings the few days I was there.  One night I came back late from a night out and my card didn't work, but I just walked in behind someone else and it didn't raise an eyebrow (maybe they just knew I was a guest).

If I were to host an outcall at a hotel like this is it worth it paying for a single, and chance it, or just bite the bullet and get a room for 2?  I'm assuming it would be easier to get away with it during the day.

Most places you pay for the room. Obviously you wouldn't be booking a single room for a meeting.

So makes no difference unless adding breakfast ect. Personally I'd book the room for 2.

Don't think Motel One would so single rooms to be fair and is there much price difference for 1 adult opposed to 2

But, I always book for 2 more out of that is the normal default when booking so I never even notice it or look to change it
