Author Topic: Punting and Stoma Bags  (Read 4699 times)

Offline fatboy

Looked elsewhere here and can't find much to help.
Basically after a year in that i have had two courses of Chemo and one of Radiotherapy for bowel cancer
I had a major operation to remove the tumour leaving me with a Stoma bag.
My question is are there any punters out there with a Stoma and how did/do you approach WG's ?

Have contacted a couple locally that i have seen before and they seem OK to see me.
However other things occur to me....example is when she is giving oral.
Do you hide the bag behind something ?
Obviously i would ensure that the bag is changed beforehand but those brown babies come when they feel like it.
If anyone has any experience of this i would appreciate your views.
Cheers, FB.

I think most experienced SPs have seen it all before. I think provided you explain it before it before the booking and the SP is ok with it then you're good to go. If you want to hide the bag with something is then up to you.

I found a website on sex for people with a stoma bag External Link/Members Only

There's bags, pouches and wraps External Link/Members Only

You'll be fine once you're back in the swing of it again. I am glad to read that you're returning to your new normal.

You assume a lot. I doubt it ! We are talking WG's here , not NHS staff !

I saw that M&S have started doing stoma pants for women. I wonder if they'll do something similar for men

I think SPs have clients with a variety of medical conditions and/or disabilities. They really do see it all. An experienced SP perhaps one that has been working 10 years or so will probably be most comfortable with it as they may have seen more clients and have more life experience. Some SPs are nurses and some are ex-care workers or have experience from family members.

Communication is key though on both sides and neither of you will want to make the other feel awkward.

Lol actually I know from experience.

I've seen SPs who are nurses and ex-care workers.

I've seen SPs with one leg.

I've seen SPs who are deaf

I've seen SPs who have scars from fairly major operations.

These SPs have been nervous about being rejected because they have scars, etc. They've all been very upfront about it and said if I wasn't happy about it then they would be fine with it

They have all explained their conditions to me beforehand and I've happily turned up and there were no surprises and I enjoyed myself and the SPs were happy to. People acquire a variety of conditions throughout out their lives. I've found SPs to be pretty understanding and caring people.

True, but it may mean that they've had discussions or bookings with clients who've had stomas or similar medical conditions before and they may know to handle the situation.

A newbie 18 yr old SP may have had less life experience and seen fewer SSs and might be less comfortable with it.

No, it's based on my personal experience.

You have clearly seen different SPs than I have.

There's even a "Disabled Clients" like on AW that SPs can add to their profile.

Exactly ! Which is miniscule in the great scheme of things. Don't think that what you have experienced is typical.

FB, hope you’re doing better now!

The only solution for men at the moment is a wrap that has a “pocket” to keep things secure. You can get more info from your stoma nurse, or appliance delivery company (charter, pelican, holister, dansac, fittleworth etc) they’re not exactly flattering but are indeed functional.

Personal experience: I don’t tend to eat a few hours before a meet, and change to a new bag just before. Things like marshmallows and stuff helps slow down output. With time comes experience in what works best for you.

For SPs - I tell them at time of booking and if it’s not for them, they have the option to accept/decline. But my frequency and activities don’t lend themselves to many encounters so I take my time between sessions.

I’ve never had anyone decline. Yet.

For an OW/OWO activity, it depends how high/low down on your torso the stoma site is and thus if you need to hold it out of the way or not but it’s rarely a problem.

I’m happy if you want to DM me with further questions or keep them in this thread for others to read.

There’s an organisation called “tlc-trust” that cater for the disabled community specifically and the SPs there are friendly to chat to and get opinions from also.

A WG near me had a stoma after major surgery & continued to work with the stoma once she was well enough to do so.  She was more nervous about the reaction to her scarring once she had the stoma removed than she was about potential reaction to the stoma.

For those who remember the not so good old days of UK Punting I swear Alabama1 is James999 reincarnated.  He even also has to end every post with an emoji and rarely has anything of intelligence to add to the threads he posts on. Basically a troll.

Hope the treatment is going well fatboy.  Like others have said, I'd just be upfront about it.  Also, stating the bleedin' obvious, but if you're seeing anyone new, I'd say ticking the Disabled Clients on AW to get WGs is a good thing too.

Whilst we do see it all I've still known SPs who haven't come across some conditions, even of the cock type e.g. phimosis, Peyronies, pearly penile papules, retrograde ejaculation.

I've still only had bookings with perhaps 4 amputees in 15+ years, and I think perhaps 3 or 4 with stoma bags, there are many disabilities, illnesses, conditions. Some more common than others. I did have some experience in care work years before becoming an SP, not a lot but enough to gain some understanding and experience, then I learn more as I go along both in life and work. I also think many women at some point do gain care work or carer experience, simply because it's something women for many reasons tend to do or are expected to do,

Yep, almost 20 years of experience with it.

Absolutely, I’ll answer whatever I can.

I’ve not seen/done everything, just as much as not every SP has seen/done everything but being upfront about things like this works to everyone’s benefit.

Punters and SPs are all human, and we all come in a plethora of shapes and sizes, more or less holes, and varying proclivities.

Shit happens, have fun and always get consent.

I do remember James999 unfortunately and don't feel inclined to start a pissing competion.
Yes, i had come to the conclusion to be upfront about it but its always good to hear similar views, thank you all.
I prefer mature ladies to young 'uns so might get a more sympathetic response.

I have a wound from a drain that is a bit reluctant to heal but hopefully it will.
The good news is that they believe from a biopsy that it has all been removed.
I'm looking for 'wraps' at the moment, no hurry yet.
The M & S pants were drawn to my attention by my OH but they ain't frillly enough for me to wear.

I’ll be honest, I wore a wrap once or twice after each operation, but other than that, I let it flap about.

I have been known to chat out of a hole I no longer possess but I’ll let the audience be the judge of legitimacy 😂

Hi Fatboy,

Sorry to hear of your poor health, hopefully things improve for you going forward.

I'm replying as I am potentially one of the best placed to do so - I have had a stoma for my entire adult life (since I was 16) and it is permanent, no chance at reversal.

Thankfully I have good news for you. Honestly mate, nobody cares at all

Out of hundreds and hundreds of shags - paid and civvie, SBs and prossies, hook ups and relationships - there has only been one who has ever been even the slightest bit bothered. (It was a tinder meet with an 18 year old care home worker who had a recent negative experience cleaning a dementia patient who had a colostomy and diarrhea. We still banged, but afterwards she said it was a turn off for her as she couldn't be long term with someone with a bag as it brought her bad experiences to the forefront of her mind. Fair enough though, I can understand why!)

But everyone else? Not a single one has been put off by it. Some know what it is, others don't; some are curious about it, others really don't care; some ask if there's any additional considerations they need to think about, most don't go that far and just get on with it.

Some practical considerations:
1) Visuals - make sure you have an opaque appliance. Even if the girl doesn't otherwise care, nobody wants to see your shit. I've also taken to recently wearing a band, although this is mostly for support rather than looks. This works for me External Link/Members Only but shop around and find one you like.
2) Cleanliness - make sure you have a freshly changed stoma. The older the appliance, the more it is prone to break or smell. I also do a single spray of cologne on the bag's air filter to eliminate any smells that could escape if you fart mid shag.
3) Do you tell the working girl in advance? - I always used to, and it's probably polite, but the more girls I saw the more I realised that none of them cared so I often forget. The most common question a girl has is whether she'll hurt me and once I assure her she won't they're pretty much always happy to crack on at full pace. The only exception is in domme bookings, I'm always fully up front then because then it can matter. Also because I have a stoma my asshole doesn't work, so pegging etc is off the cards.

Overall mate, confidence is key. I fully understand the trepidation as it's new to you, but honestly just book as you normally would and have fun. The vast majority of the time, you'll care more about your bag than the girl will!  :D

If you have any more questions feel free to reply or DM as you prefer, happy to help and offer any advice you might need mate  :hi:

This is a far more eloquent and understanding response than mine could have been.

My experiences have been nigh-on exactly the same (except the care home lass)

To add to (2) as well as a fresh bag (either one piece or two) I add extra flange extenders. Just for that added piece of mind that it’s not going to fly off or peel away mid-bang. Sweat + adhesive ≠ good.

Bag covers - plain or designed are a great idea however outside of initial drainage bags, I don’t see any bags that are clear but again, comfort is key.

Also possibly refrain from eating before as bag can fill quickly sometimes

Well both responses were very helpful (as were others) so don't think yours was not.  :drinks:
I have received two responses from bag wearers and i am grateful to read them.
My punts tend to be AM when output is low so a clean bag, a waistband and being upfront with the WG will be my way forward.

I really did not think i would get any practical advice and totally agree with Thephoenix in that it is an excellent example
of how we can help help each other here.
Very big likes from me too.
