I'm fairly sure that's the Madisson who was on Portfolio's site recently, but isn't there today.  It has some of the hallmarks of a Portfolio profile.

Profile keeps disappearing for two weeks then back. Ive tried to book a few times, as incall available, only to be told outcalls only that week.

According to the website:

"All ladies are available for OUTCALL visits to your home or hotel
Some available ladies offer Incalls at their own private locations and we are pleased to refer you to them upon enquiry."

Sounds like they are no longer providing accommodation themselves.  There are 3 girls currently on the availability list available for incall.
