I'm giving this review a low positive.

Had noticed Christini's ad on Birchplace for quite some time, but had never done anything about it.  Was in central London one afternoon last week, and decided to WhatsApp, and received a quick response.  Rate is £150/30 mins.  I did confirm I liked to suck but prefer to top.

She's in a first floor apartment right on the Queensway road, and on arriving the front door wouldn't unlock so she had to come down and open it, wearing the full thigh-high boots and pvc mini-skirt outfit you see on her ad.  Following her back up the stairs lifting her skirt up showing no knickers made for a great appetiser!

Shown into a large and tidy bedroom, with a sofa and a big bed.  I had a good look at her, and facialy she is very attractive, bordering on beautiful to my eye: I don't think her pics really do her justice, with her apparently blue eyes and full lips.  She likens herself to a Victoria Secret model, and it isn't too much of a stretch, as she has long legs and lithe figure.  Told me she's on hormones but not blockers so can get hard, and her skin is very smooth.

Of course I see where you're coming from, and many would agree with you.

It's just that I rated it on how I felt afterwards.  I was more upset with not getting the chance to top than with not cumming.  Sometimes if I fuck for too long, or in this case get sucked, I find it difficult to get over the line despite still being hard (maybe an age thing, lol).
If I ever see her again I'll make sure I move things along at a quicker rate.

I fully agree with you on the taking calls during a punt.  In this instance the mitigation would be that she did this when I was already well over my 30 mins booking time.

I would certainly agree that £250 is too much, and not just for her.  I've yet to get my head around paying more than £150 for any punt, of course realising this limits options especially in London.  I tend to stick with those I've met before, while trying someone new now and then.
I do negotiate on price, and if I get knocked back then fine, I move on.  Equally if I have a really good time, I'm not shy in giving extra at the end.

In Christini's case, I'm reasonably sure if you offered £200/hour she'd agree.  The experience I'm less sure of, as the small amount of kissing might just have been with me and others would have better luck.
You'd think Birchplace has some kind of verification before you can post comments, but like you I take them with a large pinch of salt.
And yes, I had no problems communicating with her.

I have been in touch with her recently with a view to visiting her.  The price tag of 250 has put me off. However, as you have mentioned she parties and includes that in her price.  She may well agree a 200 rate if you make it clear yiu are not interested in party.  I will give it a go.

I would say she is good company but definitely relaxed in attitude and not the most energetic.  If you see her may be best to take the lead in whatever activities you fancy doing.
