GL taking one for the team
Set your redlines on prices before going in, only take in enough cash for that and perhaps 10-20 more. Don't haggle back and forth; offer counter offer and politely leave it at that. Don't bother if she drags out the waiting until the last qtr hr, unless her pricing is proportionately cheaper. If you're feeling bolder and have a bit of charm you could ask for 30 mins with condition that if it's good you can extend to 1 hr paying balance of hrly rate.
