It's a shop in a converted former house at the western end of Blackpool Rd - entrance is on a main road and highly visible to passers-by. As far as I could see at least two, possibly more rooms: one downstairs, others plus bathroom upstairs. Everything in use looked clean, tidy, freshly decorated. Like most of the Chinese places opened in Preston in the last couple of years it's within a few minutes walk of an existing Thai place: in this case Saa on Thai is around 200 yards away.
I walked to near the location, phoned, and got an immediate booking.
Ambled round the corner, rang bell and was immediately let in. Met by who I think was named "Emilia" except she pronounced it "Emily-Ah" so it's possible I misunderstood.
