I have no idea who Davie is. I hold my hands up to the social media post. The site rules are not very obvious hidden at the bottom.
I don't think it takes a genius to work out that 'Davie' is the moderator called 'daviemac' that posted this. -

As far as the rules go apart from the link at the bottom of every page, they are in the 'announcement' section at the top of the main board.
