I found Serena to be overpriced and she had a really bad attitude. 

She also stank of stale smoke.

Sorry to hear about this, was seriously contemplating meeting her myself. Just out of
interest and clarifying a few points

1.  Did you pay the AW profile rate or was it a reverse bid? How long was the booking?

2.  Did Serena refused to perform agreed services you paid for in line with her profile?

3.  You mentioned her giving you bad attitude, was it so bad that you had to terminate proceedings?

Why did you find her overpriced?
What did she say and do that made you think she gave you a bad attitude?

Not really any good with a 2 line negative review?  I know a UKP member saw her recently and gave a positive.
