Travelled up to Chester for work a couple of days before my birthday. Due to the workload it carried over for 2 more days over my birthday so I thought I would arrange a meeting with her for that night, a bday treat so to speak.
Messaged her on the Thursday morning to arrange a booking for Friday night. She replies Thursday evening saying Friday is fine and asking for a specific time. I reply with a request for 9pm the following night which she agrees with. Time/location/postcode sent and locked in. Meeting agreed with her.
She then vanishes until 8pm the following night. I received a message then once again asking for the location and requesting to push the meet back from 9pm to 9:30pm. Says as soon as I send the location (for a 2nd time) that she'll be on her way. The time is no issue with me, I tell her 9:30 is all good. She then logs back in just 35mins before the meeting time to let me know that "something's come up" and that she can't make it. She half-assedly asks me to move our meet to the week after - despite knowing full well that I was only in Chester for the weekend so no can do. I suspect I was bumped for a more local/longer booking honestly.
I messaged her to let her know that I would be free later in the evening/night if her situation changed on the off chance she would be available later as I literally had nothing else on for my birthday being away from home and on my own. Asked her to let me know either way so I could make alternative plans. She logged in an hour later, read the message and ignored it. I didn't even get an explanation as to why she cancelled until 2 days later when I had to message and ask her what had happened and received some nonsense excuse about how her sister's BF split up with her.
She left me high and dry in a hotel room on my birthday with effectively no time to line up somebody else. There was zero attempt on her part to make amends or make up for her cancellation.
