I've had some excellent punts at Pandora's but the majority have been pretty poor so I'd say the latter.
The best one was someone where it was her first day working for them and I don't know how long she lasted there.
On the flip side, I've been there before where some of the girls have been very clearly drunk (or possibly on something else even) during their shift.
Cosmo's is similarly pot luck but you're much more likely to have a good experience there and they seem to uphold much more of a professional standard - I've never seen anyone drunk on shift, etc.
There's also Piccadilly Club and Angels which are open very late, but again, they're all very rough and basic. You might get lucky but odds are it'll just be a standard pump and dump. It's a shame as Cherry's used to be quite an excellent late night option but it's been gone for a few years now.
