Saw this one a few weeks back for an hour @ 220, located in house just outside the city centre.

Very cute lass, about 5 foot nothing, weighs nothing, she's absolutely tiny. Only criticism would be the lips are quite overdone that it was a bit like kissing an inflatable lilo thing.

Anyway, aside from that. She was incredibly welcoming, down to earth, chatty and engaging. She's very up front that she has additional costs, too, which I respected.

I know where you're referring to. I was initially sceptical, but actually the area itself was absolutely fine, no concerns. The house itself was nice, too. Clearly an AirBNB or similar based on the key safe outside. Inside it'd been somewhat done-up/modernised, was clean, tidy, etc.
