No I suggest you drop it because I only said one little thing which is that they are okay, they don't suffer from pressures of life such as work, children  etc. All
They want is to be a small size. Doesn't mean they have mental health problems and need therapy. All I said is they have a very low calorie diet to stay a small size because of one little pressure that in their eyes size 6-8 is what all men want. Therapy doesn't always help as things can be deeply entrenched.

I said I would change my photos soon, what I said was I disagreed with him saying I put lots of weight on between winter and now. I have the right to defend this because I am not a size 12 and I am still the same between winter and now. This is what was said. That would be appreciated but I doubt it will happen. Many girls don't update their pictures for months or even years, and we all know why. It's not because they can't find a photographer or don't have the time. It's simply because they know they've aged and don't want to shatter the illusion, so they keep their old photos.

I've seen this happen in other professions as well, where people keep old pictures to attract clients. It's a basic marketing tactic that will likely never change.

1) Everyone is different so what suits one person's constitution might not suit another.
2) Breakfast being the most important meal of the day is a complete myth which stems from an advertising campaign by Kelloggs (they would say that wouldn't they) in the USA around a hundred years ago invented purely to sell Corn Flakes.  There is no medical proof that is the case - although the myth seems to have established itself even with some medical professionals.  After all the Georgians would usually get up at day break and not have their first meal until about 10am.  And they all seemed to have thrived on it otherwise we wouldn't be here.

It’s not a myth about a having big breakfast . It helps a lot with depression too . Even Jordan Peterson endorses it .

As has been said, i don't know why your friends feel the need to starve themselves in order to stay a size 6/8. My ex joined weightwatchers many years ago and lost several stones, and she was actually eating more food not less, but it was the right food. Combined with some regular, moderate exercise, the pounds just fell off her. I think maybe your friends have a CBA mentality, and can't be arsed ! lol

Well I won't do it today but I will aim for this month. You aren't going  to see me anyway but I will at least put something up. Sadly we cannot stop the time, we all age, but I do look after myself except for I dream about being skinny and can't unless I lose my chest and not in a nice way. I don't want to have plastic surgery done.

The breakfast is a funny thing. They say if you eat breakfast you will eat less for lunch and all that. But also apparently the body absorbs most nutrition in the morning and lunchtime so apparently lunch is more important than dinner. I don't know about it from weight point of view, but always better to eat less towards the evening I guess.

Is it possible your ex was naturally/genetically thin and just put weight on temporarily then quickly went to original weight Someone was telling me the other day they lost weight from not drinking. I don't drink but I wish it was that easy! Also if you are like a size 16 and drop down to 10 or 12 then it's defo easier than going from 10 to 6-8 because maybe you just hit your max potential.

 It's really a complex subject and everyone responds differently.

By chance a girl I know personally (I've never reviewed her - I've never actually punted with her) with an equally impeccable record recently threw the towel in and walked away from the job simply because of similar flak she gets over weight and age from a couple of idiots every time a review is posted (no I won't name her or them - they're not getting the satisfaction).
I can see a situation where Rose also gets pissed off with the crap and walks away. Is that the purpose of the forum? To alienate the best performing girls?
