I have known them for ages and the owner is hiring only Romanian therapists. They all looks great on photos and different when you see them in real life. They are very pricey and their owner Alexs thinks she is smart by playing the though one with pricing.
However, recently I had a therapist showing up who was...ok...but a massive clockwatcher. She massaged for 45min with an ok massage, nothing outstanding and stopped by saying that I was late and she needed to go which was not correct.

I was not a happy trooper and complaint to Alexs who was playing again her "tough Romanian business woman attitude". I used to like this agency a lot but it changed a lot. Greed is never helping and unprofessional behaviour even less.

As for extras nothing on the menu only with some and if then very expensive as they all think they are worth e.g. £100 for a HR to which I would never agree to.

There are so many good and professional agencies out there in London - I would avoid this one at any price.

I had a bad experience with them. I booked for a masseuse, then on the day I received a message asking if I would accept another masseuse, suggesting the one I booked was unavailable, so I declined and said to cancel (no clear reason given for the change). Then I was accused of wasting their time because of this. I replied by saying it’s because you changed the masseuse. I then receive an aggressive voice mail from a Romanian sounding woman telling me that she only suggested another masseuse because the one I requested had further to travel (never said this in the message) and that because I cancelled I am a time-waster. She then blocked me. The comms were unclear in text, but due to her quit fluent english it seems the poor comms was more due to manipulation than language issues.

Agree that the receptionist (if still the same one) has awful attitude.

Had disagreement re excessive travel charges they tried to impose which weren’t clear on website. Also in enquiring about different therapists, the receptionist became irritated and said she “wasn’t running a bloody dating site and it doesnt matter which therapist I book”. To which I replied: then why the hell have a website showing their individual profiles and pictures???!!! Stupid cunt (can I say that here?).

No, the profiles aren't fake, though the therapists are very dolled up, even by massage-agency standards.

I've not used them in yonks, but I've been blocked by the nutty receptionist on one my phones for similar instances to those described above.  The general rule of thumb I found was that roughly a third of them do extras, but generally only for eye-watering, well-into-three-figure prices — which is why I moved on.
