I've had a run-in with C & S Escorts over a situation that should easily have been resolved but left me making a decision never to use them again. I wonder if I have acted too hastily but I'm sticking to my guns.

I've been a regular with C & S since the heady days of Tori, and more recently with Bethany, who has attracted some criticism but I rather like her girl next door look. Despite some interesting reviews I've yet to see Paris (and it looks like staying that way) although if you read my aw feedback you would think I have seen her but in fact C & S transferred some feedback from a visit with Tori. That in itself is naughty but forgivable and that's not my gripe.

I booked to see Bethany for 30 minutes @ £70 last week at a hotel near the central station. Comms were ok but there was a 15 minute delay before I got the room number (little did I know at the time!). I have used the hotel before and felt relatively safe there (despite a story on here about some girl getting kicked out because they discovered she was an escort). Bethany looked fine and dandy and paperwork was sorted). She then proceeded to tell me that just before my arrival there had been a discussion with the hotel manager who told her she couldn't re-book her room because they were full. A subsequent phonecall possibly from the bloke at C & S revealed in fact that there was availability and the room was ok.

However, Bethany was clearly anxious at this and during one of the conversations with the manager he had asked what she was using the room for. From then on she was clearly on edge expecting a knock at the door at any second. I also felt uncomfortable about the situation and suggested she return some of the paperwork back to me but she didn't go along with the idea stating that she was still willing to go ahead but clearly neither of us were up for it. So nothing at all happened between us with regard to services. I said I would take it up with C & S and left with no hard feelings to Bethany.

After leaving I text C & S and told them about what had happened and the unsatisfactory experience that had occurred. They replied that they were moving Bethany (which they did) and also they would sort some discount at my next meeting.

That opportunity fell yesterday when I tried to book Bethany at her new hotel. After reminding them about the promise of a discount they offered £60 instead of £70 . I replied £50 and it's a deal but they stuck at £60 and that's where it ended although C & S said sorry and offered Bethany for 15 minutes at £50.

So am I being petty? I know it's only a tenner but in all honesty I was expecting at least half price, maybe a free session. I'm a great believer in the customer being right and feel C & S have failed the required standard.

I don't know about a reduced rate they should have offered you a freebie afterall you paid for it on your first visit where nothing happened so why should you have to pay again?  You end up paying £130 for a half hour thats a rip off.

Bengeo report it to AW and they will remove the account after all it's fake and misleading.

Damn right your next booking should have been free fuck C&S and report that account

I fancied booking Paris sometime but there's not a chance after hearing about that. They must think you're a right mug.They should learn the lesson that good customer service equals more customers.

Bengeo you should get the full £70 refunded or a free 30mins with one of the girls.

I have not used C & S as there is plenty of good girls at £50/60. Only Tori seemed to deliver the services listed on the profiles & i have not seen her around for a while.

Sorry but i see it differently and i see no reason for them to offer you a discount but you got one.

If you arent feeling happy dont hand over the cash, not easy, but its a lesson

Im on punters side of course but you had the chance to walk or have a fuck, you did neither

I can understand your reluctance to go for it and indulge - personally, I would have been too nervous.

IMHO I would have expected better from C&S - more so because they charge a whopping 42% more than both Amour & Diamonds!!

I would have anticipated a minimum of 50% - what you got was around 14%

For the record, when I had a shitty punt via Diamonds a year ago (with a roma of course), I was very politely informed that I could take my next punt with £25 reduction in cost, ie 50% :thumbsup:

My point is that I didn't know there was a problem when I handed over the money, perhaps I could have phrased it better in the thread. I have to admit when the situation unfolded before me I very quickly started to wish I hadn't been so keen to part with the cash, but it's something I like to get out the way straight away.

But as you and others have said 'lesson learnt'. C & S aren't bothered that they have lost a regular but it's only fair in this forum that I share my experience.

I am with those who think you should have got a 100% discount from C&S - very poor customer service and their offer of £10 off is a joke and 15 for £50 (or £200 an hour!) is adding insult to injury.

I am sure you wouldn't have handed over the cash if they had been honest and told you the situation up front - and they obviously realised it was unacceptable which is why they moved her.

If they can't offer you safe, secure accommodation for a punt and someone with the right attitude to follow through then they shouldn't take your money. It's not her fault - think we would all be unnerved by this - but then C&S take this risk when they use hotels.

Entirely agree not handing the money straight back was her fault - and Bengeo should have insisted but sounds like he's too much of a nice guy and could see she was probably shaken up by being rumbled and too nervous to work.

What I meant was taking a risk using a hotel and getting found out wasn't her fault - she's not an indie so that's the agency's choice so they should take the hit and loss of earnings.

The customer service is not the best... He barred me at first cos he thought I was trying to get Bethany to switch agencies. The dumb cow forgot to mention she was bad mouthing rob and Keith as being bad pimps, that's when I suggested why not work for another agency if they are that bad. They finally realised she was talking shit... But still kept her on!!!
