Tbh I should have seen the warning signs when they tried charging me more than what’s advertised on their viva page. It was not wrong - it has just caused a discussion to clarify new guidance to the helpers.  At the moment it is to use, as you did, the advert title - but I think it is being discussed and may change.  But what you did was great - whether or not the "protocol" now changes.

Well if they weren’t shit they could just say they are Rom’s.. I figured out the formula. I realised I was probably going to see Rom’s but after gettin burnt never again. Just do what I want in session (consent of course) and I can nut quick and get off. Instead the bullshit tactics prevail, il write a bad review and hopefully your business suffers. It makes no sense.
