Thanks OP - I saw her a while back and i gave her a positive. Had similar issues with her timekeeping and back to back bookings, but she did put in a sterling performance and made up for it all. I was previously thinking of repeating, but these issues seem far too common with her.

I've seen her in her new (very small) bedroom in Ladbroke Grove, the difference is that she's not using any agency and is managing the bookings herself.
It's not discreet at all as her room, the entrance, and the bathroom are all connected via the lounge, and she's got flatmates and friends hanging out there. They're probably listening to the pounding sounds while relaxing on the sofa.
