Unfortunately Jade let me down this week. Scheduled a booking on AW and had some positive messages including the day before but Jade dodnt log on to AW on the day until after the booking and no further meaasges or apology. Booking was not Confirmed on AW though and theres another very similar report on here so I cant say I hadnt been warned.
