You can find contacts on destacamos. Many are south american and based in Puerto del Rosario or Caleta de Fueste (Castillo). Some also in Corralejo.
They tend to stay a short time and then move on.
There is also a club in the Atlantico centre in the middle of Corralejo but the centre is currently under major reconstruction so I doubt there is much happening there. Plenty of massage spas but all seem legitimate.
Otherwise just enjoy the island!
