65 for 1hr gets you in a room.  Jan may've been buttering you up for the longer sting.  Given the area and furnishings any younger ladies will be demanding a pretty penny over the odds.  If it's only Jan doing the extras, as long ass they're inclusive then that's competitive as long as moderate mileage for under +60.  Beyond that there's a lot more temptation within striking distance unless you have to have a fancy shop to do it in.
