If trying to get in via the side door (street name removed), can Suri let you in remotely or will she have to come down and physically open the door for you? If she does come down and get you, do you have to go through a courtyard/open space with lots of people or anything or is it all quiet indoor corridors and you probably won't be seen with her?

If it's physically and you have to go through corridors/big rooms with lots of people around then I might just go via the main door. Any clearer instructions you (or anyone) can give me please? As apparently sometimes Suri doesn't give the clearest instructions in order to get to her.
