You go to the all correspondence under emails and bookings.

If she confirmed it at the end of the message will be a small tag which says 'confirmed'

You'll be able to see if she has read your booking request on AW as it shows the day/time viewed. If she accepts it will also show 'Scheduled' or 'Confirmed'. She may also send an email with some additional info about you confirming booking the day before or morning of said meeting.
