Old TV drama

Old TV drama that featured a street that was having a gardening show filmed, one of the gardens had a miniature railway in it. During the filming a number of "dead bodies" were found. On of the characters had a camera obscura in his house, he was an alien having an affair with one of his neighbours.
I've Googled this and nothing has come up.
Does anyone remember this and if so what was the name of it.

just tried watching it, and it continually skipped parts 3 & 5
could be something to do with the codec config on my laptop but don't be surprised if you get the same
