If you haven't figured it out, Tinder & Bumble are your friends. Typical rule of thumb on those apps (speaking from 2-3 years ago) are :
1) Filipinas, quite a few escort part time (mostly nurses and mostly average looking, dating and fun is fairly easy)
2) Africans, some really good looking, typically cleaners and nurses from Kenya/Uganda/Tanzania mostly (very few west africans) - if you see dating, she's a prossie and I'd say 98% black girls there are on the job
3) Saudis - not really in the punting scene - (you'll know they're genuine Saudi's if you see a picture of a flower/food/flat white coffee art, etc as they don't show their face on the dating apps), if you're an expat (considered exotic to Saudi's) however this category can be easily achieved. Jeddah is one of the most liberal places in Saudi and pretty easy to pick yourself up and fall in love with a stunning Saudi/ME girlfriend (think colombian sex appeal, but often more classy dressing in public vs showing flesh and sex machines in the bedroom!) depending on the virginity rule before marriage, Anal sex is often available in the dating scene (although most work compounds don't really allow single saudi females onsite, I had to AirBnB quite a bit with my then mrs)
Anyway, back on topic.
The positives, you need a regular health check to maintain your Iqama status (part of the success criteria is no trace of STI/STDs) - those in the nursing profession require to take a check far more regular than others (specially if you're not white) so the risk of STD/STI is far less than one may think from the high risk country of origins. Obviously there's always a risk, so don't be silly, if anything happens (ie something rips) as well it's hard to get treatment in country, a lot of people just fly to Turkey (4 hours away), not ideal if you're worried and need to get PrEP. I hear there's a black market scene out there for abortions etc but I never got in that situation so couldn't advise (expats will most likely know) - some girls use babyoil for lube and don't know that oil + latex = NoNo, so keep an eye out and do not partake if that's the case (just bring your own lube in case).
Prices vary, Africans are typically 500SAR/hour, sometimes you can get them down a bit cheaper but that's the going rate...

The vetting process is a ballache until you find some regular girls......as prostition is highly illegal, you go to whatsapp/telegram - (don't use your saudi number, dupe the app and use a foreign one that isn't linked if using dual sim) to discuss details.
They usually send you a vetting location, it's not where the girl is more often than not, but they're close by, once you get there you're often asked for a validation picture of you holding the money infront of the building they first send you, sometimes with a selfie request (one time view is fine).
Once you've been vetted, they'll send you to the actual location, might have to do the same, pic of money/face infront of the real building, then you go in discreetly, handover cash and have your fun.
Because of the vetting process you'll need your own car rather than relying on taxis, you do get bait and switches etc so don't be afraid to walk if you're not happy - they're for the most part not interested in making problems, especially if you're white as the hassle for them relocating their business is a pain due to everything being regulated and tracked out there, they do not want police attention.
For obviously reasons, don't fall for voucher/advance scams - they're plenty out there as the ME is a pretty trusting country, usually tactics used for fake Indian/European/Asian escorts. For the most part the Africans have been be more reliable compared to the Asians/Indians (in terms of least scamming, willing to please you in hopes for a long relationship and looks/vfm).
Failing that you can always fly to dubai, get a moroccan bath + sex in plenty of the Spa's or go to Bahrain for the weekend, the latter of which I hooked up with an African girl for 100quid for the whole night, sex + free accomodation was a pretty good deal if you ask me!
