She's doctoring her belly area very poorly, anyone with that much stacked (not just boobs, look at ribcage and shoulders) above the waistline would have some abs and if she's genuinely that skinny around the middle we'd see some definition.  Poor lypo might give a bad belly texture under lighting but some really dodgy cloning has been done in the selfie-like photos.
