Go back up to paragraph 2 for the defendants plea (Stephen Yaxley Lennon) admits:
Publication of the videos
That they are defamatory
That they caused serious harm to the reputation of the claimant (Jamal)
Next go to paragraph 3 and the defendant has changed plea to a “defence of truth” - that their claims are true
