Either girls are trying to fleece punters by not performing services promised, or baiting and switching, or blatantly stealing money from clients, either by way of an apparent loan or simple theft by running off with money.

Then we have the escorts who like to blackmail clients, again that becoming more common. Threats of having a clients car reg now a common one.

What fucks me off, doing anything about it is a recipe for disaster as girls now are quick to threaten they will report a client to the police for harassment. In the long term such threats won't amount to anything, but still a lying  bitch can make shit up and then an awkward knock on the door may occur!!

The only thing I can think of is we need to find a way to make it standard practice for all us punters not to hand any money over until all agreed services have been performed. If enough blokes insist on this girls will have to accept.

As being an escort becomes more and more socially acceptable but being a punter is still derided, escorts will take advantage as they know they can get away with it.

Admin does a brilliant job here, one would hope this site is visited by the majority of guys who punt rather than a minority so guys have some protection.

They would never agree to payment on completion, the client could scarper without paying.

Punters need to be ruthless about exposing scammers, and they should protect themselves by being vigilant about security and anonymity.   Always remember that you're not just hiding from a malicious WG using a Google search.  You must be prepared to hide from the POLICE if necessary - because she might accuse you of ANYTHING.

No, you didn't just report her as a scammer.  You raped her, raped her kid, stole all her money at knifepoint, then strangled her cat on your way out.  You've been a very naughty boy, and the police would like a word with you.

Make sure you could hide THAT if you had to, and you'll be fine.

In HK and only HK I hasten to add (TW, Japan, Mainland China and Macau are different) paying after is normal.

However most of them still want to see you have enough money.


My own take is simply care a whole lot less about what other people think of you. I too used to be sensitive about appearing a fool, until one day I realized that nobody gives a shit about anybody but themselves. For 100% of the rest of humanity you might as well be invisible, because 5 seconds after you've exited their immediate field of vision, you're going to be forgotten forever.

If somebody comments that I'm a loser for banging WGs I can easily ascribe very little merit towards it. I can also rationally defeat them to with many of the reasons on the why do you punt thread.

Considering the number of punters there must be punting it cant be the case most know about this site in my view. Thats why scams still occur and ridiculously high prices continue to get charged, someone is paying them or the Agencies and WGs would cut their prices. IMO many more punters arent aware of this site than are, but hopefully over time that will change.

In over 30 years of punting its always been the case WGs apart from some regulars and a party provider wanted payment immediately, it would be great to pay afterwards but in my view thats not likely to happen here. EE WGs especially are usually shit keen on getting and stashing my cash, no way would they agree to payment afterwards.

Are scams, blackmail and all that low life shit really on the rise OR has it always been this bad but until UKP we werent hearing about it as much. What i do know is A/W has definitely got worse in the last year or so, it can be like wading knee high in shit to find a gem. Sadly A/W themselves are part of the problem with this. Its in their financial interests not to help punters. But with no viable alternative A/W is what some of us are stuck with, in my case i only punt with WGs with displayed phone numbers and on principle dont pay one penny in credits directly to A/W. However, i wont refuse to use A/W as a location tool until there is a viable alternative as that would seriously restrict the number of WGs i can punt with bearing in mind i wont punt through Agencies in London due to their entry cost often being £150 an hour, and most Parlours are far more expensive than many WGs off A/W as well. I have and will punt at a Parlour if a WG i fancy works their though.

Initially the soho walk ups (always drunk after a night out) then the phone box cards as I got braver and realised walking was an option. I'm not convinced that blackmail / theft is on the increase, a certain number of 'prossies' have always been robbing or threatening punters and the world of AW is far safer than my earlier days of street punting. I would imagine that more often than not they get away with it because the punter is too shit scared or has too much to lose to report it to the police.

Bait n switch would appear to be on the increase but that's only because more are admitting to it on here. Whether there is a definite increase or not I'm not so sure. I wouldn't be surprised if Sergei has 4 or 5 profiles to one real prossie.

Prossies offering all services to entice punters but suddenly not offering that many in reality, once the money is handed over, is a common practice amongst certain prossies though and the number of their profiles in certainly increasing.

Smiths is totally right, AW are in part culpable for this - they are on to a nice earner. I also agree that not all punters are looking here or taking notice if they do look here.

Looking at an nice picture with all services for 80 quid is enough for some to get on the phone and more often than not it leads to disappointment. Simple rules of being cautious of unverified profiles, obviously shit feedback (even by AW standards), using reverse image searches and so on is usually enough to highlight the potentially dodgy profiles.
