Arranged a booking via a text, and confirmed by shop

turned up at allocated time, door was locked, but 2 mins later, lady unlocked door and said can you come back an hour later.

Said I had booked, and sadly could not wait.

She said sorry, then just locked door. (no real explanation)

An obvious negative.  Maybe someone had turned up and nicked my spot (or they thought they were me). 

Anyway a pain, as I had just driven 35 minutes to get there.

Nevermind Pete Tong. At least you didn't get scammed. That has happened to me before. It was annoying. Onwards and upwards.
