There are dodgy profiles on both sites.
You just have to use your powers of incredulity.
I've generally found there are red flags which pop up on a profile which discounts them right out of the gate.
Then again we are all different in our tastes.
I do think Adultwork is a better site though and the advantage is that it's easier to check previous reviews
