i don't like google drive, how to delete a file when it won't let you?

I have a file on google drive that I want to delete. It is a file that was shared with me as "read only" but want to delete it but the "move to trash" option is not highlighted meaning that it won't let me delete this file. 

I don't even use google drive but it bothers me that I cant delete a file on there that I want to delete.

Delete Google drive then reinstall it. I should say if you can backup what you have on it to retrieve after.

If it was shared to you by someone else you won't have a delete option, but you should have the option to right click and select "remove"
