Actually there's not much difference in that view now apart from the blue river obviously.

If you stood in that spot now, there's still the sand, lighthouse, fort, large cruise ships, Mersey Ferry etc.
The only difference is that the New Brighton Pier and landing stage has gone.

Stayed at Hotel Kouros Faliraki last year,great place with easy access to party town but not too close and a nudist beach right on the doorstep.

Dominican Republic, amazing looking women. Pretty open (lots of hookers), amazing beaches, cheap all round especially if you go all inclusive.

I stayed in Sosua may years back. Was awesome and on the list to revisit.
