Visited here again last weekend. Location, close to Waterloo train sation.  Booking easy by SMS and Nora was available so booked 1 hour.  Arrived on time, good comms and let in by Nora. I didn't ask for Nora when booking as it was my first time there however she spoke about how the rota works and who works on which days and the traits of each girl so I assumed she was "boss" Nora.  She is also easy to communicate with so no language barriers.
