Two minutes before meet time, send the message. She responds asking what number I can see.... for discretion purposes, I've parked a bit away and tell her this. "Ok, hold on I'll text back". Nothing. Gave her a nudge. Nothing. Another nudge. Nothing. 10 minutes after the meet time, I message and ask if she is wasting my time. "Does it sound like I am?" she asked. "Yes", I said. And explained she's left me hanging, all she has to do is give me the number and I can come on down. She then says she ran over and was in the shower and doesnt want the meet. I point out that if she'd said she was running late rather than radio silence then I'd've known, but asking what I can see and then nothing sounds dodgy..... at that point she blocked me. So no meet, £60 trousered for another day.
Maybe I was a bit sensitive to the silence and the question about where I was.... but on reflection in the build up for comms, i'd asked about COF / COB.... and got "I'm not allowed" as a response and she ignored me questioning it. Feels a bit controlled. Probably for the better it didnt go ahead.
